It's been awhile since I've updated this. I could use the excuse of "I've been too busy" or "I haven't taken many photos", but I'll just be honest. I've been lazy. Please accept my apologies, it's not easy keeping up with 2 blogs! I'll try harder, I promise.

Love Story

My cousin graduated from high school in June and asked me to take photos of her and her boyfriend on their graduation day. I was super nervous as it was the first time that I'd taken photos by request... not to mention on a big day like graduation. She looked amazing and that made it easy! They are such a sweet couple, high school love is a great thing.

Las Vegas

I celebrated my 23rd birthday in Las Vegas, Nevada. What an amazing place for taking photos! Unfortunately (or fortunately?) I was too busy partying and shopping to take many photos during my trip, but here are a few.

Inspired

I'm currently doing a photo project in which I take one photo each day for a year. As you can imagine, it's no easy task. There are days when I'm so uninspired and lack the creativity to take a decent photo. My boyfriend plays a big role in inspiring me. Since we've started dating not only has he left me in a permanently happy state, but he's taught me a lot of the basics of photography and has never stopped encouraging me.

He even picks me flowers. How lucky am I?

Dream

I took this photo of my youngest brother on his grade 9 graduation day... isn't he cute? Photo editing isn't my strong point, but I like to play around a bit....Picnik.com is an amazing site for photo editing.

Children and Babies

I love taking photos of children. There is such an amazing innocence in a photo of a baby, and images of kids smiling convey such happiness. Here are some recent shots of some of my friend's beautiful children.
